If your original certificate was not issued by Asset College/Asset Training Australia then we cannot provide you with a replacement certificate. You will need to contact the RTO that you completed your original training with.

A certificate replacement fee is applicable and varies depending on whether you need a printed copy or an email copy.

We will send you an invoice on receipt of this completed form once we confirm we can fulfil your request.

Replacements can take up to 5 business days to be finalised
