Complaints: A complaint is defined as an expression of dissatisfaction, whether oral or written and may relate to any aspect of our services or the conduct of our staff.
Appeals: An appeal is defined as a request for a review of decisions, including assessment decisions, made by Asset College or a third party providing services on Asset College’s behalf.
